- Container conditions (New / One-Trip, Cargo-Worthy, Wind & Water Tight, As-Is) are graded by industry standards as described in our Conditions page
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price quoted in writing at the time of order confirmation
- We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, or inventory errors at any time, including after an order has been placed but before delivery
4. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order or payment does not automatically create a binding contract. An order is accepted only when United States Container Express issues a written order confirmation and payment has cleared.
We may decline or cancel any order if:

- The delivery address is unreachable
